Brett’s workouts are at the Ashmore PCYC, Dominions Road Ashmore located on the Gold Coast in Queensland.

The completely refurbished boxing gym has the latest equipment, a cushioned floor and, of course, its own boxing ring. It is the perfect atmosphere to shrug off the concerns of the day and work at a fitter, healthier body.

The PCYC complex includes change rooms, showers and a complete gymnasium. There are also numerous children’s programs at the centre, so why not co-ordinate a fitness session for yourself while the kids are looked after.
